We also collect information about calls handled through the Service, including caller numbers, call duration, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries. Usage data such as login activity and feature interactions may also be collected.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process transactions; to send you technical notices and support messages; to respond to your comments and questions; and to send you information about new features, products, and services offered by Opus Scheduling LLC.
Call transcripts and recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users within your organization. We use call data to generate analytics and improve AI performance. We do not sell call transcripts or share them with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., cloud storage providers).
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Opus Scheduling LLC, our users, or others.
We retain your account information and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
