By accessing or using Opus Scheduling ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses that sign up for an account.

2. Description of Service

Opus Scheduling provides an AI-powered phone receptionist platform that answers calls, schedules appointments, and routes inquiries on behalf of small businesses. The Service includes access to a dashboard, call transcripts, staff management tools, and a dedicated forwarding phone number.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Opus Scheduling LLC, its users, or third parties. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit spam, illegal content, or harassing communications.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Opus Scheduling LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

6. Call Recording and Transcription

By using the Service, you acknowledge that calls handled by the AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of providing call logs and analytics. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording disclosure in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Opus Scheduling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
